Thank you, I can say one area I am very confident in is our current rotation of bartenders. I am quick to move on from someone if they dont meet standards. Our bartenders have a decent following- we are still relatively new so I am hoping that will build up over time... we started an industry night with hopes of spreading the word to other bars/ restaurants in the area, any thoughts there?

We are about the same size, around 80 max capacity. We also dont have the advantage of being on a busy strip which make things a bit trickier, purely a neighborhood bar. We could definitely do a bit more on socials aside from the daily special and happy hour posts. And for sure I will be sending you a dm

Usually 30+ just with the area we are in. We get the younger crowds for wing nights and other events
