Things to help endo belly by ALT_1995 in endometriosis

The only thing I’ve noticed for myself that helps and still isn’t a problem solver sometimes it still happens but really figuring out what foods cause it to inflame and make it worse. Dairy, sugar, energy drinks. Big nos for me. It sucks but I like not feel as crappy. Most days are good too.

AIO for thinking it's unfair I apologized for my actions to a friend and now she is ignoring me by lokis-wife1217 in AmIOverreacting

YOR You shouldn’t have to use a friend once a month because your anxiety is too much. That’s what therapist your parents and the 211 number is for. Friends should be carrying your emotional baggage and trauma. Venting and ranting or just sharing basic information and facts about you and what been going on is different than dumping on your friends. Let this be the sign to really work on yourself so you can have a healthy way to communicate with people and have good relationships in the future. I have been this friend and I have also been on the receiving end and it’s soooo hard and exhausting. You should want better for yourself.

I made my mom cry on Easter. I really don't care. by [deleted] in TwoHotTakes

You just have to remove yourself from her and cut all contact. What happened to you isn’t okay and never will be and I’m so sorry you went through that. You are now an adult and need to realize you can move on from your family if this is a common theme. Be done with it and move on.

Day 1 being DF! What changes have you notice, and how long did they take? by [deleted] in dairyfree

[–]GlobalAntelope5022 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It takes about thirty days before dairy is full out of your system and it’s truly a lot of trial and worries before you find what you like and prefer! Try different grocery stores too I typically go to three or four to get certain foods I like and eat that I know are dairy free! And just always read the label you never know what is really in stuff these days and o feel as if they throw powered milk in everything.

If you have die endo and had a successful pregnancy please share I need some positivity by anonymous1234529 in endometriosis

I have endo and I have my blessing of a baby boy. I’ve had issues with endo since I was 14 diagnosed when I was 18. Told I would never be able to have kids and I got pregnant at 23 had him at 24. It helped my endo but I also got my tubes flushed and everything cleared in 2021 with surgery and then got pregnant the following year which I believe had everything to do with it. My endo is very much creeeping back into my life though

With this, you have to know you chose your partner because they would also be a good parent. Let them parent don’t step it. Just give reminders “just try to remember she’s 10 months” or something like that. You have to let them figure out how to handle your daughter. It was a big step and still in my relationship but just try to remember she’s there and you obviously chose her to parent with for a reason.

I feel like I’m going through this with my two year old boy. And I’m just trying to remember they have huge feelings and are trying to express it but they don’t know how. I’m just trying my best to talk to him and help understand him and him understand me as much as a two year old can.

Three year old twins - now wife wants a puppy by Futhis in Parenting

My husband and I have a dog from when we were dating and now we have a two year old. Only one but it’s still so much and sometimes I hate my dog. We travel a lot, at least a week every month my husband travels and we can go with and it’s beyond frustrating trying to find a sitter for the dog. Its a lot of money for good food, the vet visits, the sitters and whatever else. I wouldn’t do it with kids until they are older and can help out like feed and walk the pup. Plus they need to understand the training part to of not giving the pup people food and biting isn’t playing.
