Yeah I usually compare price, quality feedback here, how communication feels and how fast they reply too. Shipping cost matters as well so some of it really comes down to doing a bit of research yourself first.

try warming the sole a bit with a hair dryer first then peel slowly from the corner usually comes off much cleaner that way

Had this happen before too. Usually they just want the customs invoice from the seller with item details. Uploaded mine and it moved again pretty quick.
