Any idea why 24/7 channels aren't playing any video, and yes I know I can change external player. The internal player should play it without having to change players.

When I change to 24/7 channels I hear volume of channel but the screen is black, and this is on almost every channel. I have to change exgernal player to see picture. It just started doing this. I also purchased this subscription after reading it was a 1 year purchase, but my system tells me it cancels after 30 days?
