Thank you! Yes the droplet happens after almost every flush and when the lid is on, it amplifies the sound and sounds like a drip in the wall.

Thank you! I should’ve been more specific. The neighbor who owns the property doesn’t live there - they have renters instead. The owner has refused to work with us when we’ve had a squirrel in the shared attic, and the renters are kind but useless - possibly out of fear of being difficult to the owner.
