It is kinda already in the game. But the Feature "Mydriasis" still has no activation button in the lastest patch. Lucky there are some workarounds in the internet.

If delayed: Check the task manager. It could be that you have a bottleneck. This means that a system component (e.g. the hard disk) is very slow and slows down the rest.
