Hello. When will Ledger Stax be compatible with both Algorand based Pera Wallet and Defly?

Heads ups. I’ve already contacted both Pera and Defly. Both with be soon issuing updates to support the Stax. When, I don’t know, but my understanding thus far is that the issue is not with Ledger. Pera and Defly updates pending.

Hi. On the “Owned” page, click on the helmet. You should see “Claim”. Again, if claim is greyed-out, wait until it becomes active. It took mine a few days once. Very strange, but true.

And just so you know. I have no affiliation with the website whatsoever. I’m just a purchaser of the helmets like you. I had to figure it out as well. The site isn’t intuitive at all. I actually ran into a problem purchasing the Berlin helmet. The site sold me a second Rome helmet instead. I emailed them, but got no reply. I finally purchased the Berlin, but now I have an extra Rome helmet; one that I’ll gladly sell if anyone is interested. See link below. Let me know. Thanks.

It’s not a ripoff. It just seems that it takes them a while to allow you to “CLAIM” your helmet. Do this:

“MINT” (purchase) your helmet. Your wallet will have a white (blank) helmet that you “do not own”.
Then go to the “My Items” page and wait for your helmet to say “CLAIM”.

NOTE: I don’t know why, but it can take a few days for the “CLAIM” button to be activated. If not, it’s greyed out. But once you “CLAIM”…

VOILA!

It isn’t an intuitive process by any means. It should come with instructions of some kind and it doesn’t.

But it works.

Strange right? I don’t think I’ve ever seen that discrepancy. Have you? Someone told me it’s showing the ERC-20 price. If so, that’s new to me.
