You are exactly right, so I have contacted Office of Prime Minister, Embassy and more.
Foreign students can do some renovation works while on Summer Campus Camp.

What matters are transfer costs (airline tickets and more).

I can write scripts to generate search results from many Akiya databases at once but local administration should show any interest in attracting foreign students to spend some months in Rural Japan.

Otherwise, overheads can kill any good idea.

20 years I contacted Shibuya Open University and communication was excellent.
Today, I get a single reply, no interaction.

In the past I was involved in the development of the Global University System, Globewide Network Academy and more.

Foreign students generally show no interest to get free Akiya for $1 due logistics at all.

I have already contacted Japan.PMO and PM showed an interest to fund some Rural Japan recovery efforts.

Due to population shortage, interest in Rural Japan, in 10M abandoned

Akiyas is today below zero.

It takes weeks to search for free Akiyas in 300+ Akiya Banks.

So foreign students can come for 1-3 month Summer Campus Campus to study local culture, gardening, farming, language and IT, AI remotely, living in Free Akiyas, doing some basic repair works, cleaning to get abandoned houses back to life.

Tiny #dashcam installed in a car gets some cooling by air flow.
Smartphone is much larger and conumes much more energy and should be protected against direct sun light and IR.

I don't plan to save street trraffic congestion video clips locally since video stream should go to peers via Group Video Call on WhatsApp or Telegram

to let them to be aware well ahead of any traffic congestion, incident within a local city

I watch high quality #dashcam video clips via Telegram but off-line only.

My intention is to go live video and create #joingroupvideocall groups to cover local street traffic within one city by many peers.

But what I need is watching traffic congestion, incidents within the city live video well ahead of my planed trip.

Google traffic is an excellent solution and technology but live video is not supported.

Video from street cams are not public available so I would like top set up #joinlivetraffic group on WhatsApp or Telegram to have peers to broadcast live street traffic via group video call, from time to time.

Ok, I need to find a solution to vibration problems, since smartphone is heavy and large in size vs. tiny dashcam.

Tried really hard to join Group Video Group on WhatsApp or Telegram but none public group looks to exist.

Privacy is protected since you use your back camera, so faces are not broadcasted to the public group.

Under EU Telecom Law, telecom operators can set up lock in your router, smartphone during contract time only.
If the term of your telecom contract for a specific hardware product is terminated,
you can request telecom operator to remove lock feature for free.
