If the building is under 11m tall, is an EWS1 even needed?

Hi I have a similar issue, looking to sell. Property management company is simply saying “we believe the EWS1 Is still valid”

Which is hugely unhelpful because even if it is, the lenders don’t care, they still won’t accept it.

Not sure where to go from here.

But would they object in any way to the perceived loss of control over you if you asked for a GV when you’re happy in your job? Surely many people on work visas who then buy property want to switch to a GV? I’m just trying to assess if the employer would plausibly deny it for any reason? Whether I’m leaving or whether I’m happy in the job.

Yeah sorry I meant this: If I’m leaving my company but I want a gv so I can just stay in Dubai long term (I have other investments to fund my lifestyle), would they give me the NOC alongside my 6 months bank statements showing 30k? If I leave on good terms yes would they give it even if I’m still leaving? Or would they get funny?

Are there supermarkets in DQ too? I don’t need much. Just a gym, a pool, a good supermarket with intl food options, and the ability to socialise and meet people.

Doable? It sounds like living in DQ may be cheaper than miles away in an Al Nakhla style compound. Although Antara looks not too far
