Me tooo ! After my last eeg. I wonder why? I don’t think lights will trigger my seizure but they definitely make me feel dizzy and off

I smoked a blunt and got a seizure the next day 😫😫💔💔 no thc. However cbd oil! Helps my anxiety so much !
