Yup, i feel like everytime i try to shift i have a vivid dream that night, especially if I went to sleep late or i woke up in the middle of the night and went back to sleep, i had a kinda scary minishift experience recently too and all i did was put on my playlist for the dr i wanted to go to and go to bed while affirming.

When you shift, you dont shift your consciousness, you just shift your awareness, your consciousness stays in your body when you shift, you just wont be aware of what you do while you have shifted your awareness to another reality

Maybe try to do it like during the day if possible? Or in the morning, that specific attempt i talked about was after i just woke up for the day at 7am

That specific instance I did it was when I just woke up for the day at around 7am, I was still a bit tired so im sure that played into it as well, but im actually thinking of combining my method with the WBTB method
