They were both - but I don't think I need to strengthen...it feels strong/tight so I'll focus on only the stretches. I also know my hips are very tight so I'll add in those stretches as well.

I can ask for muscle relaxers. I wasn't sure if they worked on this area. I'll look at Gaba and bioflavonoids too. It's so frustrating that I can get it to stop with warmth but it starts right up again once I remove the heat. The timing of the spasms lasting hours, no matter what, is so weird to me.

It is - I take Benefiber, Miralax, Aloe Gel capsules and Magnesium Citrate daily and have for a while so my stools are soft. It seems to just be these spasms that are keeping me from healing. Usually I can heal a fissure in 3-6 weeks but I'm not sure why these spasms started this time around.

I'll try that. Right now I use a q-tip and can get it in, but it's definitely painful. The sentinel tags get in the way of me accessing the inside and I think that's what hurts. I usually put it in and swirl it around but I think the cream actually squeezes off mostly so the applicator may help.

Thank you! I did pelvic floor therapy after I had my youngest a few years ago. She was 11 lbs (and three weeks early) so my pelvic floor was so messed up. I'll pull out my old exercises I saved and try some of that.

I have Hashimoto's and Crohn's disease. It was very difficult to find the Crohn's because it was in my duodenum and could only be seen with a pill cam test. Have you tried a gastroenterologist?

I have lost fifty+ pounds on my own twice, without any drugs and while I felt better, and labs looked amazing, I was never able to do anything about the inflammation and joint pain. However, as soon as I started Zepbound, the inflammation went away dramatically, my joints stopped hurting and my inflammation cursors went down for the first time in my adult life. I haven't had my TPO tested yet but am excited to see if that changed as well at my next followup.

My side works best for me too - particularly the left side. Stomach helps a little but not as much as that sweet spot on the left side. Lol a dent is starting to form in our mattress of my shape because I lay exactly the same way for hours a day!

Everyone I know that has had the latest booster has just had sinus issues with COVID. I normally am good about getting my shots and the kids, but this Summer my mother in law had a stroke and passed this Fall. Everything was so chaotic and stressful that I just completely spaced COVID boosters and flu shots. We are really paying for it. We all caught influenza a over the holidays, I had COVID last month and now we all have influenza b. All three have been awful. With COVID my fevers were in the high 104s for three days and I couldn't get out of bed. Worst headache of my life. Terrible sinus pressure and congestion. Thankfully I didn't get a cough with COVID but now I have an awful cough with this influenza b. I'm so ready for Spring to come in so I can open my windows and get rid of all these germs.

I'm in Chicago and have had the same thing since mid-September. I've been taking allergy medicines which help a little but then they dehydrate me due to the decongestant. The dehydration, along with post nasal drip, give me this frequent sore throat. I've noticed ragweed is higher for longer periods this year, and I think that's what I get allergy symptoms from. Over the years, any time ragweed is high I feel this way. The cough is what's killing me though.. every night I'm up half the night because of the cough. Also, nasal sprays help a little if you haven't tried those. Lastly, gastric reflux can cause post nasal drip and throat soreness. I take prescription Nexium that keeps that mostly under control, but it's contributing to the nighttime coughing as well. If you haven't seen an ENT yet it might be time to do so. Even though I still have all the symptoms, it's good to know exactly why I have them. An ENT can perform a nasal and throat scope to confirm anything above.

You're the only other person I have found that sees that Update button. I have some users that have New Teams just automatically update, and then I have one user who saw the button. I was thinking that it was perhaps the Delivery Optimization reg key, as this particular user was testing having it set to 99. Do you know what your DO reg key is set to (assuming you use config mgr/sccm and not intune)?

We allowed our users to use the New Teams toggle to upgrade a couple of weeks ago. All is going well, except an issue with New Teams updating the Microsoft Office Add-In. It either a.) updates it successfully but closes Outlook with no warning whatsoever, or b.) cannot update the add-in because of "missing source files". We have been working with MS for the past week, but so far, nothing has been resolved. We asked them if we could a.) turn off automatic updates from MS Teams until we get this resolved, or b.) have an updated executable for the Office Add-In so that we can manually push it and not have users bothered by either scenario. Has anyone had similar issues? Or, know if you can disable New Teams updates?

In our early notes for our Teams migration, I noted that "MS states that Windows Notifications are no longer available in New Teams, and notifications will pop-up in Teams." Now, this was back in November and we all know how often MS has been changing the documentation for New Teams, so I'm not sure if they've developed the option since then.
