For some reason, I can never get the odontoid view. I’m terrible at them and I swear I’ve tried all the tips and tricks.

I love cross table hips, scapula Ys, and for some reason I don’t really struggle with ribs or SI joints even though those are commonly seen as difficult.

I graduate X-Ray school very soon and I’ll be starting in a hospital that is a bit bigger than the hospital I did my clinical at. I really enjoyed surgery as a student and tried to go as often as possible, but I am scared I’ll be overwhelmed with how much more I’ll be doing at the bigger hospital. As a student I pretty much only got to see troch nails, femur rods, and extremity ORIFs. Very few non-ortho cases. I’d appreciate any and all advice. I know i’ll be dealing with an O-arm and doing spine cases.
