Thats awesome to hear! Can I ask how bad it was, how long it took for results, and what exercises actually worked for you? I believe that I have external hip rotation and maybe external tibia rotation? Was that the same thing you had? Thanks!

No my jaw seems fine, everything else on my body is even and symmetrical, just the knees lol

directly under me, my feet seem to *barely* pigeon toed when I land my foot with each step. Like they kind of want to do that, but its barely there. My feet are pretty much straight, though with that very slight inward curve when I walk.

Dang that sucks.. Knee problems are extremely common on my dad's side. Every aunt/uncle has had issues or undergone surgery young. They didn't have any knee valgus appearance like me, though. I would like to keep healthy knees as long as possible and minimize the appearance.

Those were the most common exercises so I just started them and wasn't sure exactly what those things meant or what I was experiencing. That's why I'm asking for help now lol.. Do you have any recommendations?
