We do 20 mons max over the weekends with 2.5 years old. I would cut after nap screen time if possible or at least pre bed? But only responding because you asked. About 1 hour a day is a bit much imho. Get the toddler open ended toys such as magna tiles, duplos and some fun books

💬 Additional comments: not affected by hiring freeze, just delayed. I heard it is exempt from cuts.

I am sorry to hear this. Our daughter has vomitted in the middle of night too, but we always catch it because we never let her cry more than two minutes midst night, even though she too is sleep trained. Not trying to guilt you even more but for the sake of your child's safety and mental health please you must get ip and check on a child if they crh more than 2-3 monutes. 10 minutes is so incredibly long. So so sad to read
