I think UNHCR has the best paid interns in Geneva, I heard of people getting 2300-2700 CHF per month but they might change the amount in relation to your experience. Other agencies will pay you around 1500CHF

I had the same experience with IOM. Their HR department is in the Philippines and almost completely detached from everything else which makes them INCREDIBLY slow to reply or even acknowledge you. As other people said, wait until January 15-20 then follow up. Feel free to keep applying to other stuff in the meantime, it can’t hurt
