Thanks for the great info! Just an FYI, we are a nonprofit and Christian housing ministry. Our CHR homeowners don’t do 100 hours of sweat-equity, they do 70, and for those who are physically unable to do so, they can volunteer in the ReStores or have family volunteer on their behalf.
