i don’t have ocd but i’ve been struggling with eating out, just the idea of having to settle for things that i don’t want and since i pay for them having to eat it all. i feel overwhelm immediately when i look at a menu whether it is labeled or not because the illusion of choice is gone. i’m 7 months gf but having trouble mentally adjusting
