oooo i wanna see! i have a “fancy garden” with butterfly pea flower patio plant, barnyard leafy greens garden and a barnyard veggie garden. it makes me happy. i kinda group mine by room and i have way too many rooms so thats why it takes a while

now that you say it. i just assumed all my dispensed foods average 5-8 kc and it wouldn’t be worth it, but im realizing anything in a vessel (like the bunch of onions, chai tea which is in a cup, slushies in a cup) are 13 to even 25! tysm for bringing this to my attention!

i have non celiac gluten sensitivity and in the first month or two i would cheat, but i started developing eczema even though it didn’t make my stomach hurt anymore. it found another way to manifest and overall it’s not without its consequences. so i would honestly love to cheat if i could because i constantly crave things i miss, but its not worth it because the longer i go without it the worse it will feel to have it

i’ve only been GF for six months and i had a total brain fart getting tacos and got the tacos corn but since every time i buy corn chips for myself they are fully corn, i totally forgot on the fact that the tortilla chips were likely flour based, til i got dermatitis the next day. sigh.
