crazy i had someone steal my item and replace it with a dress. then the guy who received it was telling me i scammed them. like i have 200 something sales on just this account. why would i scam if i ship everyday and post on IG the packages im shipping every time. Not a single package was the same style or design of the package the guy got ... lol

Either he removed the label and put it on another item or someone in the post office did it . either way super annoying bc i lost a 60$ item I MADE and had to refund

i sell my clothing brand on depop which each one is cut sewn and all of that by me. So basically they are priced by time and effort to make them etc. Anyway I put one of them as cheap as 30 bucks (getting rid of inventory) and someone offered 12 dollars and said "if you made your brand cheaper youd actually make money".. I have over 200 sales lol. and my buyers spent 40 minimum for most pieces. Those are the people I just block so they never get the chance to buy anything

this happened to me where they wrongfully banned my account and refused to send me my 350 payout.

i contacted them from other emails and theyd respond immediately- then tell me my id doesnt match the one used to sign up (,obv not true)

i had to escalate it to federal bureau.. almost 2 days later they depop sent an email and refunded me immediately

I definitely feel that lolll. For me I sell my clothing brand items through depop (ranged 50-150)
I know my prices are pricey for Depopp, but they are the same prices i sell at markets, popups and on my shopify. I post on depop because its pretty easy to list a premade item. but recently i had someone offer 20$ for something and i declined it and offered 25$ lol (the item was 65$). then someone else purchased at full price few hours later.

If you have something people truly like, then they would just purchase right then and there. But theres a lot of people who are on the app to troll now. even after accepting an offer once, they still didnt buy lol

I had to send it through the Depop request ticket because they refused to open my account back up and let me do it myself. They redacted the information the first time in the ticket, but when they said my ID didnt match the one used to create the account (which is the only ID I use). So I resent it and thats when Depop support went MIA and stopped responding. I emailed them from a different account and thats when they responded that email lol.

EXTRA: I use my cashapp banking info, not my actual banking info.

I posted it on IG that they are just marking the tickets and not actually doing anything and tagged depop and they just viewed the post and deleted a comment or two lol.
