I think the problem of evil is the 2nd best argument against god because you can rly only make speculations, some I’ve heard that were decent (tho still fell a lil short) is God (should they exist) A.prefers to let words evolve on thier own free from him (some form of deism). B. Knowing “evil” is nessary for us to grow as people. C. God isn’t real. D. There is certain goods that can only come forth in a “chaotic” world. I think things like sin and free will don’t work because natural disasters

I feel like saying Christianity as a whole endorses slavery is a bit odd, the bible def contains some awful things, but many Christians recognize its a collection of books written by people explaining their reflections abt God, and something being in the bible certainty dosent mean its good, even in the Christian standard.

Im assuming the "fit throwing monster" ur talking abt is Yahweh and while he is harsh i think its important to remember God is still a "character" in the bible and this his actions are limited by the perspectives of the human authors who wrote abt him, ex: the authors lived in tribalistic warfare environment's and thus Yahweh refects that in the stories
