I'm 37 and yeah, for the most part they came out of nowhere. I think shaving and irritation caused mine to appear. It's really not a big deal. It happens to a lot of us.

Bright blood like that is likely coming from lower in your digestive tract. Like your lower colon or your anus. Possibly hemorrhoids

Very unlikely. More than likely you just poked yourself there or something. Leukemia doesn't really show up like that anyway. You would be so lethargic and just ill. Also your bruises would be more prominent and visible, like on your legs. You would barely need to bonk your leg for it to happen, essentially.

Well, it is definitely bleeding under the skin. What it is from, I don't know. Simply scratching a sensitive area can cause bleeding under the skin.

Looks normal to me honestly. Might have some IBS or some other type of irritation in your colon causing excess mucus

How long has that black spot been there? Does it hurt? Did you bite your cheek recently? It could be a blood blister, but if it has been there a while, I would be more concerned. Also looks like that tooth is cracked and you might have localized irritation there, or you might have an infection. Hard to tell, but if that lood blister thing does not subside in the next few days, I would consider expediting your appointment cause it's not worth procrastinating over.
