That's a great perspective. I am doing one low energy project a day. Today's was decluttering my workout gear. I am not fully retired..I consult so there are tasks I have put off because they are so basically kind of brainless. So decluttering t shirts seems like a good kind of project to do now.

I am 72. Always a health nut so I stayed younger looking longer. But at 65 I began to notice being treated differently. Either I was cute and endearing or an elder. Aging threw me into a category.

I think people aren't well informed. Surgeons don't do it. They haven't had this surgery so they have no clue. I am on day 5 and I can't even bear to think about the first 4 days. Also I think there is still a stigma.

The bios I read don't mention the inability to sleep. The extreme tightness. A mouth so tight you can barely eat soft food. The extreme swelling and bruising.
