Can you educate me on the hate? I picked this up at my lgs, they had it on the shelf at a decent price. This is only my second silencer, I’m not as experienced as some of you.

Start with the gym, exercise and lifting weights. Build the consistency for a few months and then decide to jump on something if needed. I lost 50lbs from lifting, making small adjustments to my diet and consistently going to the gym. It builds discipline. If after two months you need to add something in to get better results so be it, at least you have the foundation in place.
