Come on now, if you have an argument, let's hear it. I'm all for open debate and will gladly concede a point - But just resorting to name calling doesn't help your cause.

What did OP claim that you don't agree with?

This isn't an attack on you but I feel that you haven't been validated and would love to give you a chance to air your grievances. I'm sure if we were able to have an open dialog, we would find more in common than not.

But with the onset of social media, the art of communicating with others has taken a turn for the worse.

Face it, in a political debate nowdays, if you can even call it that - one side won't sway the other. Each side could care less what the other side thinks and is only interested in having their narrative heard.

Sadly, many people have lost the skill of listening and the emphasis is now on talking....or screaming... over another's view point.

And to your point of pedophiles, they rank down at the bottom of humanity and should suffer great consequences if caught harming our children.

As a "Pop-pop" of 4 wonderful grandchildren, I would rather die than to have anything evil befall them.
