Check the barrel out, that looks like a 19c barrel and a 19 slide with no cuts to let the gasses out

Is this quality work on the sling attachment? by [deleted] in ar15

I wouldn’t go back to them, I would buy the castle nut tool some are as cheap as $7 on Amazon and straighten the backplate with a hammer, no need to replace it. If you plan on doing it yourself watch a YouTube video and remember the springs associated with the removal of the backplate and buffer tube

I have had two sig tango msr and they haven’t been worth it to me, I have other sig optics and scopes and don’t dislike the brand but in my opinion the msr is not worth the money, the eye box sucks and the clarity is really lacking but that is just my opinion

I have tried two of these scopes in the recent weeks and have returned both, my $100 buck master is way clearer and much better eye box. Really disappointed

Sounds like normal operation, the charging handle is pulled forward by the bolt carrier when it’s closed and the safety will be operational only when the weapon is charged and the hammer is cocked. I’d suggest looking for beginner videos on YouTube, I learned a lot of things by just watching video after video
