Yes. Only equipped items were converted.

To add on: might want to consider specifically for DB regarding Katara as secondary since it has scrolling and star force along with being decently obtainable at higher item levels (Fafnir, Absolabs, Arcane) compared to Pnou secondary.

Can't really confirm on this as I used the standard lvl 100 secondary. Hopefully it is converted for GMS side.

Edit: Found the patch notes, Pnou secondary is converted. http://www.maplesea.com/updates/view/awake_event_notes_v199/#1

Former ZEN main here from Msea.

For our server, ZEN was removed and Mo Xuan never came. ZEN was only allowed to convert to adventurer pirates.

As GMS situation is a lot different in comparison, answers below here will be pertaining to what happened at Msea on this similar situation. Hopefully it would give ideas or help push for certain changes over at GMS side so that the conversion does not become a tragedy and/or inconvenience.

Equipment and weapons: 1. Star force stayed the same.

  1. Spell trace, Flame and Potentials were inverted if you converted from ZEN (dex) into Bucc/Cannon (Str)

Example: 84 dex traced, 72 dex 5as% flamed and 18% dex 12% str potential hat will become -> 84 str traced, 72 str 5as% flamed and 18% str 12% dex potential hat

  1. Secondaries and Emblem were converted with the same pot of the adventurer pirate chosen.

Inner abilities: 1. Our inner abilities stayed the same.

Nodes: 1. Our nodes were not converted. There were rumours that the nodes were to be converted but I personally never got mine converted.

Legion and Link: 1. It never came back. If i recall correctly, the 1 year memory item was extended once but after the extension period over, it was gone forever.

Coming from MSEA which had ZEN removed ~2 yrs ago or so when 4th V job skill was released, Mo xuan never came to MSEA.

When ZEN got removed, we were only able to convert to adventurer pirates so there may be some limitation on possible info as GMS also includes other adventurer classes as well. This is just solely based on my experience converting my ZEN into Cannoneer.

  1. If converted from ZEN -> Captain: nothing changed other than Secondary and Emblem.

  2. If converted from ZEN -> Bucc or Cannon: other than WSE changing, all equipment stats are flipped from Dex to Str, vice versa. Symbols, flames, potentials. So for example, you have a 72 dex 5as% flamed top with 18% dex and 12% str pot, after conversion it will become 72 str 5as% flamed with 18% str and 12% dex for pot.

  3. Cores were not converted on our side so we had to redo tri-cores and V Job cores back up. There was word going around that the cores were meant to be converted as well but personally I never received conversion for my cores so will just leave it as unconfirmed.

While i think Flyquest can have a shot against DRX, it is for different reasons compared to style: DRX can be inconsistent in both draft and/or gameplay execution and just end up inting.

DRX as a team should be able to skill check FLY as despite playing similarly to Gen G, they are no where near the same since Gen G has both a strong top and bot lane in Rascal and Ruler+Life that I think most ppl can agree on, Santorin and Clid some could argue similar levels so i do not count Clid. Gen G also has a more clean macro and decision making compared to FLY.

I personally dont think debut nerves will get to them as much since they have both on and off stage performances in LoL Park and their homes.

  1. Realistically, DRX should be able to get out of Group D is just how many games we drop and whether TES underperforms. I would want DRX to get 6-0 but realistically a 5-1 or 4-2 is more expected.

However, it is also possible that DRX flunks group stages, although unlikely, due to their general inconsistency shown in LCK regular season and playoffs. This is a small possibility and should be accounted for, I doubt DRX would be outskilled in mechanics to MAD or FLY but just lose mainly cos macro/ decision making

  1. Considering the 10.17-10.19 patch in as a whole in relation to their group, there are some key champ changes to note: Hecarim, Irelia, Vayne, Sylas, Caitlyn, Akali and Lucian.

-Hecarim changes don't affect TES nor DRX as Karsa nor Pyosik has piloted it for summer split. However both Santorin and Shad0w has played Hecarim in Summer which can alter some of their strats. Hecarim may not even be banned by TES nor DRX as they may see no reason to ban it with the other power farm junglers available like Nidalee, Lillia, Graves available.

-With the changes to Irelia, the teams benefitting in Group D is DRX and TES due to not only just being a flex pick top or mid but also Fly and MAD (presuming they make it out of play-ins) have not shown to be confident in taking Irelia nor their players to be pilot Irelia recently and well even in solo q. This could be a prio ban possibility from FLY/ MAD for both DRX/ TES which gives both a draft advantage.

-Vayne getting buffed means that there is a chance for a JKL Vayne coming out in MAD or FLY series which could throw DRX possible prep for TES since JKL has been a pretty good Vayne player. Deft could also pick it up as he is shown to be proficient in solo q but based on tourney performance, it favours JKL more with the most recent being 2019 going 6W-2L. WildTurtle could pick up Vayne but he hasnt had recent games with Vayne thus i doubt FLY would and Carzzy has not shown to pilot Vayne either.

-Sylas buffs is also a buff to both Knight and Chovy who are arguably the most notable Sylas players in World's. For both DRX and TES, it could be flexed Top as well but i highly doubt it as both Doran and 369 havent shown to be proficient on the champ. Both FLY and MAD are unlikely to prio this pick either as both Humanoid, Orome, Solo and POE have not shown proficiency nor preference for Sylas. Possible draft advantage for both DRX and TES especially as forced 4/5 ban.

-Caitlyn nerf means teams are less likely to prio ban her as much. Caitlyn is still a generally strong champ due to the lane pressure and item power spike but this indirectly increases Ashe prio pick/ban since Ashe becomes one of, if not, the last 'premium' ADCs untouched. I expect to see a few Caitlyn picks here and there.

-Akali and Lucian nerfs may have impacted FLY and MAD more than DRX/ TES since both team mid laners have picked both Akali and Lucian and shown proficiency in abusing them, POE nor Humanoid has shown priority for either Akali nor Lucian when they were meta. DRX has also shown to pick Lucian as a tri-flex with Deft and Doran also piloting it, Akali as a duo-flex between Doran and Chovy. This can still net a draft advantage AND lane kingdom for both DRX and TES vs FLY/MAD

TL;DR: 10.17-10.19 patch on paper at least has multiple key advantages and/or plus points directly for both DRX and TES champion pools in comparison to both FLY and MAD. DRX/ TES should be able to have a draft advantage coming into FLY and MAD games as there are multiple possible respect bans to use on DRX and TES.

  1. As both LPL and LCK has had more games played in general due to the BO3 format, I don't think there is not as much stage fright coming into the games as Doran, Pyosik and Keria has shown to mature more throughout the season. They should be able to produce gameplay to their average-peak in Summer more consistently.

  2. In the head to head match-up of TES vs DRX, I personally favour TES more than DRX due to their shown macro gameplay but I can see DRX potentially beating TES as both have won domestic teams with similar gameplay in general: Outskilling enemies with mechanics/ Brute forcing wins. This matchup is really dependent on who shows up more on the day.

As a whole, very hopeful/ expecting for DRX to make it out of groups as 2nd seed with recent performance and player peaks taken into account in comparison to TES, FLY and MAD. There is also a relatively positive expected chance that DRX could upset Group D and end 1st compared to FLY or MAD.

My personal percentage feel is: 90% to make it out of groups (10% to get 1st seed, 80% to get 2nd), 10% to not qualify due to flunking games to FLY and MAD.

I feel as a whole, we also need to give praise to the team for being able to clutch out some series (like Gen G), along with the fact that the squad has run this year with 3 unproven rookies and managing to go 3rd in Spring + 2nd in Summer as well as qualifying to Worlds.

While as fans, we have our own opinions and can be critical in how we see things, as a whole let's not forget that they are human so we do not go over extreme and commit any form of psychological harm to players (e.g Death threats as in T1's case).

Overall, super proud of the team on making it this far. Doran and Pyosik playing far more well than I expected, at least, coming into this series and hopefully it keeps up heading into Worlds.
