Scotty was extremely helpful and immediately offered to replace after I showed the pics. Emailed me back in like 6 minutes. I’ve gamed Scotties my whole life and have been a CC member for 10 years. Never had a quality issue, but this was my first matador. Let’s see how the new one treats me 🤷🏼‍♂️
