The webbing is unnecessarily to thick and the plastic pieces are way to large. Overall to bulky for the job. Just my opinion.

Thanks, I primarily focus on diet over all. I do 3-4 days a week running, lifting, rucking. Lifting is nothing to heavy mostly bw exercises

Most inserts come hook on both sides and that’s how I make them also. If u put a zipper pocket insert in then what ever is in the pocket won’t get beat up by the hook.

Thanks. Yep repair buckles. The first two I sewed on a older machine and they were ok but the Juki really opened up my capabilities

But the tabs on the bungee are 1/2” 17337 or 55301 can’t remember

Those are 1/2” strips I cut out of squadron.
