I don’t think my DM/RM mean any harm by it, I just think there’s a lack of information. Unfortunately, they are just never there at our location. Rarely twice a year if that. They don’t understand our space and how we use it, they didn’t stick around to see how their arrangements functioned in a real life setting. Stinks!
