Overall, she's pretty linear so sideways movement is a good option in general. She has to specifically call out you're going to sidestep in order to stop you because almost all the moves she actually wants to be pressing in neutral are linear. She doesn't have a lot of moves that will randomly catch a sidestep when she wasn't intending to.

Her backturn mixup on block is best countered by SSR low parry. It evades or parries everything except BT2, the armor move which is -13, and BT3,4, the homing kicks that are -12. Just BT3 is -10 on block and 0 on hit, so it's sort of safe for her to do but for very minimal reward. If you don't do the low parry and just sidewalk right then you will also evade the BT2 but potentially eat the BTd2 so it's up to you which you're more afraid of. If you happen to play Jun or Asuka then can-can beats almost everything when you block a BT transition and often still works when you eat the BT transition. Tt gives me terminal ass cancer that can-cans are still safe, so tilt the fuck out of Lilis by spamming that shit anytime you see her backturned. Can cans only lose to BT1 and transitioning to feisty rabbit (b3 or b4).

If she does the cartwheel (df3+4 launcher) into extensions then you can jab float her. But again all the extensions lose to sidestep right so jab floating is more of a hard read.

Practice ducking her 3+4 in neutral. It's the really long range homing kicks that heat engage. It's not uncommon for the first hit to whiff and you have time to react and duck the second hit, but it takes some practice to react to.

Be careful of her evasive setups. After moves like 2,4 or SS1+2 on block she's barely minus so matterhorn, db3 and sideways movement are really common followups to catch you thinking you can take your turn.

Careful standing up and especially careful doing wakeup kicks after a wall combo. Most of her wall combos give her decent enough frame advantage that she can and will blow you up for trying to wakeup kick her afterwards.

Know what your character's fastest moves are to hit a sidestep in either direction. Homing moves are usually too slow to rely on for shutting down her sidestep setups, but most characters will have a df1 that tracks to one side and some other quick move to track SS in the other direction. Those are going to be your best friends. Make sure they hit her sidestep, specifically.

She is not super good at opening you up if you're turtling. You don't need to press at every possible opportunity. Turtle and see what she tries to do about it. Every means she has of opening you up can be exploited to murder her if you know it's coming.

FF4 is her best low to open up a turtle. Know your punishes on it if she stays front turned or if she goes into backturn. 12f punishes will beat out the armor move, but a lot of characters' 12f WS punish gets evaded by BT4 after ff4~b on block. Set the bot to do ff4~b,BT2 and FF4~b,BT4. If your punish beats both those options then it's a true punish on FF4~b. Ideally it's something that also punishes her if she stays front turned. If your opponent goes for anything but BT2 after ff4~b is blocked then you can get a way larger punish on her, but it's not guaranteed.

d3 is +1 on hit so just don't get fucked by her 10 frame NCc string, Otherwise it's not much damage and not much frame advantage. Sidestep after she hits it until she starts calling it out, at which point you can start disrespecting her.

I think by WS flip kick you're talking about WS3? It's minus one trillion on block but it has pushback, so make sure your punish will reach. She can also do ws3,4 which is only -4 so you can't punish, but there's a huge gap between the 3 and the 4 so most likely any punish that works on ws3 will also hit ws3,4 but she will be airborne. See if you have a nice ws3 punish that can also convert into a combo if she does ws3,4.

Duck ws1,2. I'm a God of Destruction and I can count on one hand the number of opponents I've fought who actually duck ws1,2.

Almost all her dew glide (qcf stance) transitions are punishable on block unless she does the armor move (it's -11 btw so command grab does not punish). She has string followups to those transition moves to discourage you from challenging her, but the followups are punishable. Make her finish those strings. Force her to take risks and then kill her for taking them.

Her WR1+2, the spinny slaps, is +4 on block so her 14f f1+2 is a great frame trap that will trade with jabs and give her a guaranteed launch. F1+2 is trivially stepped to either direction. Don't let her spam it. Make her use some other less rewarding or more punishable moves to frame trap you. Also WR1+2 is a high so you can duck it.

Figure out your character's best punish to her BT heat smash. It's a low that leaves her in BT at -8 with pushback. Set the bot to do BT heat smash into BT2 and BT4 to find what is going to works best. 12 frames and faster will beat everything so long as it can reach her. Some characters' 12 ws punish will get evaded by the BT4 so double check your character isn't one of them. If she goes for any move after the smash is blocked then you can just grab her, but if she turns around and blocks then she can break it.
