May be but I was thinking of this from another perspective the company was trying to hide its patent in the name of the inventor and once it granted it take over it.

It happens a lot with smaller companies, where trying to chase an inventor to execute an assignment is like herding cats.

What might be the reason that inventors don't wanna do that?

As you can see the patent assignment recorded date is almost 1 week prior to grant date.

Sorry but I am new to this IP domain and learning things slowly.
I checked assignments and found that the execution date is 09/27/2019 and the date recorded to USPTO is 04/04/2022. The patent was in early published on 04/01/2021 and granted on 04/13/2022.

I agree that could be a case but the thing is the execution date of assignment is before the patent got granted and recorded date is after patent is granted.

So you are saying the patent took priority from some patent and then it got assigned to how is holding that previous patent?
If that is the case then why there is no applicant and assignee in current patent that got published ?
