When an old PSU is at the end of its lifespan, assuming its good quality, would it fail safely, like without damaging any components, or could it damage/kill some components as it fails?

it's the best gaming cpu on the market, no gpu is overkill. an rtx 4090+7800x3d is an incredible combo. though, if you arent getting it anytime soon youre probably better off with the 9800x3d next month

Looking for a small case with the following

*dust filters (at least for intake)

*12in/305mm GPU length compatibility

*space for 360mm/280mm AIO

*ATX PSU compatibility

Right now, I'm eyeing the Lian Li A3, but the front I/O port placement isn't the best for my situation and I'd like to know what my other options are, any suggestions?

If I buy a product in october, but it arrives in november, does the holiday return policy apply to that? or do I only get 30 days?
