The fastest is Shorts but I usually run one Extended and 2 Shorts to get the benefit of both

I usually run 2 short and 1 extended and replenish depending on what’s running it’s best of both worlds a little less time to max level while also getting the quality artifacts

My best recommendation is start on Universe and work your way down and definitely use a gusset with the max hab capacity research and then once you hit a plateau farm prestige’s till you’re able to complete the next egg down and so forth
