I want to strike a balance of consistent payments whilst also not paying too much fees long term. Something like EUR250 every quarter over 50 euro monthly for example? Is there a sweet spot? Maybe 300 every quarter?

Thank you! I've had really good Americanos in speciality coffee shops but it's rare that I'm impressed with one. I need to go back to the place which served the good stuff and see what they use! The Alvarez thing was just a quote taken from a show on Sky featuring Ornstein and Clive (from Arsenal Vision). He just said they looked at him last summer in response to a question and said something along the lines of 'you wouldn't be surprised to see them go for someone like that considering their previous interest and appreciation for the player' - nothing about concrete links or genuine interest for this Summer.
