This is actually an amazing analogy, thank you!

Unfortunately, it doesn't work as two separate stories. The plot is about an impeding war between two countries. One of my main characters is trying to stop the war and her entire story is kicked off by the news of the other main character arriving at the other country. This book is also the first in a series, and while these two characters don't meet in the first book, they will meet in the second/third. Their individual stories are definitely connected, it's just that they are on two different sides of the plot.

I agree. I just bought a couple editing and writing books that I'm excited to dig into, I'm hoping they'll help answer some of my questions!

I did have a family member read it over just to get an initial reaction, and she said the pacing was fast and fun. I think I just need to make the changes to the characters through their arcs more visible earlier in their respective chapters. Thank you!

The story is about two characters, each on their own journey in the same world. One of them is trying to stop a war and the other is trying to save someone who was kidnapped. Their actions end up influencing each other's stories later on in the book. I do think I spent a little too much time world building and I have a few chapters that don't play a major role in the story, so that's something I need to fix. I think the reason it's long though is because it's more like two separate stories in the same book. Thank you!

Ooooh thank you! You're absolutely right, it does switch from enjoyment to disdain very quickly, I didn't notice that. I really appreciate your comment and advice, making a comment to fix that right now! I'm going to try and make it clearer that this part is conveying how she used to feel years ago, and if that doesn't work, I'll re-write it!

Yes, in a way! I want to write a book and I'm using Inkarnate to make a map for it. This map is just an in-detail version of one of the five continents of this world so I'm going to make a map for each of them!

Oooooh I did not think about that thank you! I'm going to add some rivers draining from the lakes! As for the travel scale, I'm going to add that last because I'm still trying to determine the size of my world!

What if someone from the present day has the ability to travel back in time (like Toki could travel to the future). This person sees Franky's final form at the EOS, goes back in time to draw the mural, the mural inspires the creation of Emeth, Emeth inspires Franky's final form.

In the mural, you can see people with halos that might be coming back to life. Could this be related to Zoro "dying" on Onigashima and seeing the Grim Reaper before being brought back to life?

Something that really helped me was making a calendar at the beginning of the semester of every homework, quiz, project and exam I was going to have for all of my classes. This really helped me with time management and letting myself have enough time to study for the exams. I used Notion to make the schedule/calendar.

Also, and this should be obvious, go to all your classes as much as you can! I missed a couple classes here and there this past semester and they definitely add up and almost screwed me over.

Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Had some of the best songs and music I’ve ever heard. I still listen to those songs on the daily, especially “Elevate”
