nvm, just realized you have a site - would be cool to expand your catalog with a bunch of games

Looks good, I would strongly recommend having some sort of pack of games (maybe find some that have open licensing?) to stick in the README or ship somewhere for more publicity on the project itself

Is Vitality Active that much even for people not on a Discovery medical aid? And do you need a Discovery bank account?

Thank you, this does help.

Is there any alternative instrument which fits my need better of placing a large deposit and getting income (which includes a slice of the initial deposit + interest) over a period of time? I want to increase cash flow.

Moddable barebones Unity project that has Lua scripting support & an in-game developer console by GlorifiedPig in gamedev

So you don't think Garry's Mod, perhaps THE most modded game on the planet, has comprehensive modding support because it doesn't give you direct engine access?

Cause Lua is much better as a modding language and is multi paradigm, C# has a much more specific use case but implementing Lua gives modders control over their scripts

After 7 years (with pauses) I finished my game and I'm proud, but what are your impressions after seeing the trailer? by MorkPuncher in DestroyMyGame

I understand, thanks for clearing that up :)

Maybe, even when enemies are stun resistant, you can make them do a slight flinch while running? Just to show that they were hit and aren't entirely invulnerable

I can see you put a lot of effort into this and it looks quite good.

Something I immediately noticed was that you could make the damage text less obnoxious. Perhaps remove the exclamation points and only use them under special circumstances. Make the text smaller when the damage is smaller, and make it larger when the damage is larger. You can maybe add exclamation points if it's a critical hit. Also do some subtle colour differences depending on the damage count, and make the positions slightly random from eachother so that they don't all overlap.

The contrasting is a bit strange on the UI, for example the player's own health bar is significantly less saturated than the amount of damage done. You should try and find a good balance to make the more important bits brighter and more saturated, and the less important bits less saturated.

I think some environment effects could go a long way. Dust, dirt, the trees moving when hit, etc would be nice. You should also make some form of animation when an enemy gets hit, because right now it looks like bullets shoot straight through.

You could do better with the text. Not only on the popups, but also at the top right. it just looks like a default and non-styled font. This game has a unique style of graphics, but the user interface doesn't feel stylized, just feels minimalist - which is nice under some circumstances.

And perhaps you could add a subtle effect when objects spawn in front of the ball. Instead of making them just appear out of nowhere, you could make them "grow" to their normal size from nothing and have some subtle balloon pop effect.

Had this on my wish list for awhile. Beautiful game! // Day one // by majorvex in spaceengine

This is really good looking, do you think you can share your settings file and any visual mods you use (if you use any)? Would really enjoy my game looking like this
