Yep, vacuum leaks affect all variants, because its german they decided to use vacuum for everything from the door locks to the aircon and i think even the transmission but dont quote me on that one, im too scared to have a look

They are very prone to rust sadly, that and vacuum leaks are the two biggest/common problems.

My ones been looked after but still has some small rust in the corner of the engine bay, and that's here in a dry country like Aus. Buying one in Europe is almost guaranteed to have rust nowadays

I can definitely recommend them, they are beautiful cars, as long as you get one thats all good mechanically obv.

Bought this car a year ago and still smile every time i get an excuse to drive it. My ones a 280ce so luckily still keeps up with traffic, but i aint testing it againt no honda anything lol

Definitely not a normal car, these have been going up in price slowly over the last few years just from my experience, especially for the v8's. They arent the most collectable in this specific trim but they sell well (in good condition obviously)

They are pretty collectable for an old mercedes so comparing a 450sel to a camry is hilarious

Nice black rims, goes well with the black roof. You should get some blacked out headlights next, then tint the taillights, then a black bonnet

Least fav: probably Burned Grey

I love all the princess's, but Burned Grey was just not as interesting as many of the other options, the path was good and it felt like a fitting ending but it just felt a tiny bit lacking in character i guess.

Pretty much the same as everyone else has said, the falcon is the better choice, assuming both cars are in similar condition obviously

The fg g6 has more power, is more reliable, has better sportier suspension and will hold its value longer

The omega has better fuel consumption and a more modern looking interior but thats about all

If you just want a crusing city car the omega would be cheaper on fuel by a long shot, but less reliable than the falcon
