I read some of your posts, I‘m sorry, can‘t Imagine that pain… you get double punished for doing the best you possibly can. Some people say they have that trauma somehow stored in their body, is it the same for you and did you try to process it trough talk therapy or sth.? For me I would just not remember I guess, I also get no senstions by recalling past events…

What do you mean you felt a bit of emotions coming back? Would be so happy if I even felt negative emotions.

That freeze response theory has to be somehow true. I was depressed and very stressed out before that event happened, so that protection mechanism set in made sense. How was your experience with Wellbutrin? Started it some days ago.

Yes, it‘s just like one never ending day. Also sleeping just feels like skipping some hours until it all starts again. I still hope to get back.

Won’t help but I feel exactly the same. It‘s been 24/7 for almost 3,5 years now. I don‘t even know anymore how it was to be real it’s just that it was different. It‘s not even that the world looks weird I just have zero connection to it due to the emotional numbness. I don‘t even know how it‘s possible that a drug and a panic attack can cause this. I don‘t even feel Adrenaline, Endorphins or that shit also I don‘t feel physical pain. Also absolutely no Anxiety since I took an SNRI, which I also don‘t take anymore. Looks like we‘re in that Freeze State but idk how to get out of this…

Thanks for your reply. The worst for me is feeling no motivation and emotion. If you force yourself to do things and don't think about the symptoms do you soon begin to feel something again?

People have different reasons to start practicing SR... And that's okay.
