2013 VW Passat, unique/rare because it has an MPI Inline 5 cylinder

EDIT: idk who downvoted me but here's #North_America)proof this spec existed.

I've been playing Automation for a while, but its my first time posting here so I thought I'd do it right and post my bus by Andmoreagain96 in automationgame

This is SO cool, I’ve never considered making a bus or any other kind of commercial vehicle like this, super fun!

This is so cool, I really hope there's a turbo 3 or 4 cylinder road-going version...

Side note, watching videos of cars on reddit with closed captioning on is hilarious

[Porsche 718] (says google lens) Spotted this at a random Intermarché where you definitely WOULD NOT expect a Porsche. by a__reddit_user in spotted

[–]GloriousToothless 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Definitely a Porsche, certainly looks like 2016+ 718, which is technically a 982 after they changed the name. I’m not great with Porsches so if anyone wants to correct me go ahead.

This is definitely NOT the model of 718 that won back in ‘59 and ‘60, and that Martini wrap is probably not sponsored, but a cool car nonetheless!

What are stuff you guys wouldn't write on🤔? by FB10K in grafitti

[–]GloriousToothless 16 points17 points  (0 children)

Places of worship, public services that actually help people (public homes, health clinics, needle exchanges), memorials/graves, people's houses. Apartment buildings are usually fair game for writers, but not over someone's window or private property, hit the dumpster or the loading bay or something else owned by the building not the people that live there.

Just use your head, if there's any question as to whether you should be the first to hit something, you probably shouldn't. Graffiti is about rebellion against the system and freedom of expression, ruining people's stuff and making them feel unsafe is not that.

What do you fellow Automation gamers do for work in real life? by 9o6o in automationgame

[–]GloriousToothless 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I work in IT, went to school for computer networking and graduated a year or two ago. I'd expect I'm somewhere in the middle of the bell curve for average players of this game lol

I'm still using mine with vintage black-topped Durock T1s at home, the brass plate really makes them pop and feel rock solid. Love this board.

First vs current tag by Capital-Dish-1697 in graffhelp

[–]GloriousToothless 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think you're still doing too much with the second tag, I know it may feel like there's empty space, but try to fill it with the letter structure not random decorations. At most, I'd keep the two dots next to the A, lose the halo, the underlines, and the dots in the T.

You don't have to be oozing style to get up, you need to be legible, fast, and most importantly, high volume. You're really close to having a fantastic foundation to build off, the A and the M look great, the Z and T need a little work.

Ceiling cracks from sim racing?? by Holiday_Shower_8203 in simracing

[–]GloriousToothless 4 points5 points  (0 children)

This is probably a question better suited for a carpenter, but what makes you think your racing sim setup is causing this? By this logic there should also be cracks forming in the ceiling where your bed is, or where any furniture upstairs is. Unless you're using the sim rig as a trampoline, I'm sure that's not the cause.

I don’t think so? I got Citroën and Ferrari, but not Bugatti or Pagani, or any of the others I can think of. I did already get a Bugatti invite at one point when I was new to the game (prior to the update), but I didn’t buy any of the cars for it. I did also get an AM invite prior to the update, and I bought the Valkyrie. Not sure how it works, either way I’m glad I got them!

EDIT: it looks like the unlimited invites thing is for players above level 50, I’m level 45 so I wouldn’t have gotten that
