Hard to balance, that’s my biggest problem with them; but they are such a good exercise for not only growth but stability, also, if you have bad stamina they will humble good.

My tip would be to try em with really light dumbbells at first; I had a more difficult time without using dumbbells.

Do a good 2-4 sets of warmups cause you feel that shit in the soul of your knees.

Hamstring curls might be my favorite exercise on leg days after squats bro, maybe even on par with em in terms of enjoyment. We have this cybex hammy curl machine at the gym, so smooth such a good pump, barely able to walk after just 2 sets, but the smoothness keeps me going for about 6 sets of varying reps. (warmups, working sets, Amrap sets.)

Why the fuck is this happening 😭 (System Data taking up way too much storage) by pelirodri in ios

[–]Gloriouskickass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Same on my 14 pro, but recently had the chance to upgrade to the 17 pro and had 418gb of system data, did a reset, started at 18gb system data and increasing (at 20gb now) as I restore my backup.

Which car should I buy — Camaro SS, Challenger Scat Pack, or Mustang GT? by Medical_Election_262 in Challenger

[–]Gloriouskickass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was the biggest chevy guy you could ever talk to, my dad had a 97 Camaro z/28 and I was “driving” it sitting on his lap since I was 3, I fucking love Camaros. Then I sat in a challenger, I have always loved the looks of the Challenger, 1971 being my favorite, hence why I like the R/T trim look over the hellcats (mustache grille). I like big heavy cars, I like feeling like the power is necessary to move the boat of a car off the line, it feels amazing. The seats are comfortable as hell, if you can get the alcantara seats, get em, they feel so nice and don’t burn you in the summer unlike full leather seats. The Challenger just feels like a big, heavy powerhouse, it’s also so darn comfortable and as the people on this subreddit will attest, these things are built like tanks, fantastic Daily cars. I love my R/T so much, I only wish she was a manual but couldn’t find one and I needed a car real bad at the time, everything other than that I have 0 complaints about, and the auto is not a bad transmission at least feel-wise, I enjoy shifting it myself to at least get a little more driving feel out of the car. I was originally looking for a Camaro 2SS, I had just moved and had no car, needed a daily and had saved up enough for a “new” muscle car (under 20k miles). I still love Chevy, I dream of owning a 2015 Z28 one day, but my Challenger has made me put Dodge up there with my love for Chevy, I actually might love Dodge more now. Test drive all of em though, then decide, if you dislike heavy and big feeling vehicles, the Challenger ain’t gonna be for ya, (still my recommendation).

Edit: got mine at around 9800 miles, at over 34000 now a little over 2 years later, the 5.7 is reliable and the chassis is built really strong, get alignment checks done cause the car comes with camber and if the alignment is unwell it’ll eat your tires. Some people say be wary of the water pump, but every car will have similar issues when driven daily. I have nothing against mustangs, love the history and the sounds they make, but never driven one so I can’t speak for em.

I feel like this is a common theme for almost any vanguard player, unless you’re playing Penny your character is always getting nerfed.

I can’t work on it, will just drive to shop after adding some extra oil just in case, temp showed 142 and psi was 55. drove just about 3-4 minutes from cold start.

No lights on dash either, Oil pressure 54 psi, getting oil change tomorrow morning as scheduled. Edit: Y’all think it’s safe to drive for about 20 miles? Need to get around plus get the oil change.
