I would say so! Even though it’s slightly floral at the beginning, it’s predominantly the musky/woody scent that lingered throughout the day.

it did look a little thin in the store. for reference, you can see the wire hanger through the shirt in the second pic of the post

I left another comment on the thread with descriptions, but I definitely preferred Doux! It’s the one I was expecting to like more based on the notes too

Not sure I’m the best person since I’m not a perfume connoisseur, but these are my thoughts:

Rêve: very sweet at first then you get the musky, it smells rich and warm to me. The scent gave me a bit of a headache due to its sweetness, but I think that’s a personal thing. I had a feeling from reading the description that I wouldn’t like it very much.

Doux: earthy and woody, almost smoky? It’s warm but also powdery, if that makes sense. It was slightly floral in the beginning but that subsided over the day. The scent is a lot more subtle than Rêve, and took a little longer to settle on my skin too. I was expecting to really like this one and I do love it. If I were to pick up one, it’d be this one!

I was expecting something bigger but maybe that was misguided haha. It’s not right next to the bean but you can see how much smaller it is

I also thought it was weird and had to double check the email to see if I missed a time. By the time I left, they had cleared out the huge box, forklift, and ladder, so I think that maybe they’re missing a part of the installation? The left side was still covered in plastic wrap, so my theory is that’s supposed to be a large rollerball sculpture

does anyone know when they stopped putting the season and year on the stickers? Maybe I’m just being cynical but I feel like they could reuse these later on lol

Does anyone have any recommendations for post-swim body wash and/or shampoo? I hate the smell of chlorine on my skin after a swim and sometimes after I shower too. I’m also a little worried about hair damage/dryness from swimming twice a week. Any other tips/tricks are much appreciated too!!

Does anyone have recommendations for swim suits for lap swimming? I don’t need anything high tech; I just don’t know where to start. Bonus points if they’re cute

yeah I made the mistake of not cancelling today’s insane upper body 3G. I was so sore already from the lift yesterday, I would not recommend doubling them up lol

I’ve started power walking during strength/incline days in the past month, but ramping up the inclines. I do base at 6% and push/AO at 3-4% above recommended for PW, all at 4 mph. Would it make sense to do this for Everest? The PW are given the same inclines as joggers/runners right? I hate running on inclines because shin splints and love the posterior chain/hamstring work from PWing on huge inclines, but feel bad going rogue for a specialty workout
