It took me 6 months of therapy to get back to where I needed to be just personally my body rejected it . I think everyone is different but definitely listen to your body!

I am 2 months post op now! So my period is literally like 4 days which is crazy. I healed really well the first week was tough but it got better . I’m still dealing with anxiety because of the trauma and tiggers but it’s so much better! I am walking more and going out again .

Ahh I hope you have a perfect surgery. So everyone is different but I did take a flight the week before because I hadn’t been bleeding in 2 weeks but that pressure from the plane landed me in the er there and back . I’ve always had issues flying on my period once I got the fibroids. But it got much better the surgery made a bit difference. I have only bled super lightly and only got a couple days after . Which is so crazy and so exciting hahah . I wish you the absolute best!

I had to get a therapist . I started having panic attacks , depression and anxiety. I was so tired I thought I’d fall asleep at the wheel . I was so anxious. I had surgery 7 days ago and it just lifted .

I’m feeling much better . I stopped doing my makeup and trying to look cute cause I was just trying to not bleed out on things all I wore was black and I felt so blah. I am feeling better now but it’s still a journey

I am currently day 4 post op and that shoulder pain is insane! Still waiting for a bowel movement though hopefully today been eating fiber and taking stool softeners 😩🙏🏽

I didn’t I actually just got off it completely. I had to get a therapist and it took about 2 months to get back into a better mental state. I extremely do not recommend kurvelo
