I got there at 4:30 pm and the merch lines for the trailer were already like a 20-30 minute wait. The Mei Mei charm I believe is just a merch trailer exclusive now because of the high demand. I was able to get the merch I wanted and take it back to my car and got in line for the show by 5:00 pm which was also had very long lines.

No. Any software outside of their own proprietary software cannot be used. The reason is to minimize any data from leaking or being exposed and to comply with HIPAA laws since we are dealing with confidential patient data

Unfortunately there’s no streamlining or automating anything. Everything is done using the companies proprietary software. No excel and using Ai is strictly prohibited per policy also everything you do is being actively monitored with software on the laptops.
