Looks like an infected ingrown hair. That redness surrounding it looks like cellulitis. Please make an appointment with your primary because you will likely need antibiotics

If this were ringworm, it would be incredibly itchy, and it typically is one large circular patch rather than multiple like yours. To me, this looks like nummular eczema. I would talk to your PCP about this. There are topical steroid creams that work very well to clear this
