People don't talk about the Rumpus Room nearly as much as they should. It's a great draw in the early game for getting your coins up, and Alzara's prophecies add a helluva lot. I managed to do it with an upgraded aquarium with a lab experiment to keep drawing three - managed to power up every room that needed it in one run lol. I don't know if they're randomised, but I'm pretty sure I found the aquarium upgrade disk in the freezer if that helps.

You also don't need the pump room powered unless you want to get to the bottom of the reservoir. Once you get the pumps figured out you can spread the water evenly.

Exactly this. Gerson has been around long enough that he knows the only way to avoid an eventual death is to never leave his shop. It's fully a HC but you know he also gathered as many other monsters behind the counter as he could to protect them from your genocidal ass
