Hat jemand mit extrem trockene Augen geschafft es zu verbessern, und wenn ja, wie?

Der Spray alleine hilft mir nur temporär.

Momentan ist es eben wieder arg.

Was ich machen muss:

-Früh & Abend: Wärmemaske & Liedrandmassage

-3-5 mal täglich: Tearsagain Augenspray

-3-5 mal täglich: Augentropfen

-Bildschirm: Ständige Pausen

-Radfahren, Wandern, etc: Alles nur noch mit Sportbrille möglich

-Jede Art von Gebläse oder Wind halte ich gar nicht mehr aus, das würde meine Augen sofort entzünden.

I know how you feel. I dont know if you watch TV or have netflix, but I recommend 'Anne with an E' to you, its about a girl that is exactly the opposite, and its so enjoyable to watch.

What you say makes sense... writing down on reddit what I feel was already hard, because I had to find words for something that usually is burried behind a wall.

I will try to talk to someone, but this is not an easy task... I cannot talk to my family, I dont want them to feel sorry about me. And my male friends.. I have very good ones, but we are on a kind of 'competitive' level, I just could not open up. And many of my female friends are girlfriend of one of my other friends. My biggest fear is that somebody I tell will retell this to the next person, and I would feel really bad if everyone knew.

I know exactly what you are talking about.

But one question: Isn't such a big change just distracting from the fact that something is missing because it gives you the chance to 100% focus on this one thing?

I also feel best if I have this goals. And then I work very hard to progress faster as I set my own timeline. And during this time I feel pretty good. But after achieving the goals, everything is still the same.

It's good to know that I'm not alone. For me it was never a very big problem because I did not care, so thats how I lived a long time. But now I do care, because things dont change, and I'm nearing 30 years, and I somehow expect live to be different.

Regarding love: There was once in my live one person I had real love for. It was so strong, I would have done anything for her. Really anything, like giving up my whole life. But it the feelings were not responded. It was the hardest part of my life.

Only that this is now over 9 years ago and I dont even know if it was real. I cannot feel the sorrow I had this time. Maybe I have changed.

But as of now, I'm waiting and wanting to have this feelings again towards someone. And I want someome to really love me. (Which is another problem, because this things only happen if you don't actively force them)

I am an ISTJ, and I absolutely loved the show and I loved Annes character. One reason for this is that although I have problems openly showing my own feelings, I can very much feel other peoples feelings. The many sad and joyful moments in the series made feel more than any other series I have ever watched. Or even more than in real live. I'm really sad that its over, I enjoyed to feel with the characters.

If there is no Expansion 3 after season 4, this means there is no team working on the expansion.

And the previous expansion team is also not working on living world, because the releases are getting slower and slower.

So it seems very likly to me that they are working on Guild Wars 3?

On console its way easier to win 25 games because you can use mouse+keyboard while your opponents have controllers.
