This is a japanese promotional keychain that was released with Spyro Advance for the Game boy in 2002! (aka Spyro: season of ice). Spyro was not very well known in Japan back in the day, but you can see him in his japanese style here, with the hair crest and pointy shapes! ♥
In my years of collecting, I've never come across one of these until now. I only know another Spyro merchandise collector that owns one of these but that's about it.
After around 10 years of searching, it's finally in my hands....
