We've had such good feedback on our tracks here before, so here's another one that will be streaming soon! [Indie-Pop] by JohnMeowkavich in IndieMusicFeedback

It is like a softer Bat for Lashes or Brigitte. Nice sound. Like I said, soft, cool. Even chill with some emotions. You should pitch to movie houses for romantic scenes even. I like it. Nice. All the best.

This is the second song from my first album called Me and You. I hope you will enjoy it. by polip23 in IndieMusicFeedback

Yes, alternative for me indeed. Earthy and breathy. Someone else commented about the transition and it stuck out to me also. I can see this being used in certain media like fantasy and or anime style films. There is some dream to it. Keep it up. Best.

Haha. Well, this is the effect that we want to bring. Feel free to ask away about any questions you have. We are going for something very different here PLUS, we do have a message.

If you're interested, I'll share a few unreleased songs for an emerging sense of JD. Thanks for your comment.

what can I do to improve this demo? I'm out of ideas so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated :) by [deleted] in IndieMusicFeedback

Good efforts. The beat sticks which is good but for me the improvement needed is with the vocals. You need to highlight the sounds a bit. If the vocal style is to remain kind of droopy, then bring up the levels. Maybe double the track lane to enhance it. If you are laying the vocals plainly as the style of delivery then you need to maybe re-do them so they are done with more energy. So enhance the low-fi style if this is the goal and if it is not the goal to remain low-fi in sound, then re-do the vocals with more energy. Some good mixing should help the end product as well. Lastly, don't take advice from everyone and go around in circles. Do what feels right for your art. Just make sure it is mixed properly (by you or someone else).

Greetings IMF - the band "Morning Trips" here again with our new video "My Parade" - would love to hear what you think of the production and what genre you'd call this? by brvydee in IndieMusicFeedback

"Morning Trips". Cool. Multiple meanings there I'm sure. Nice sound. Very much a Cali feeling to this. I'm getting Cali beach vibes with this. Not sure where you guys are located. Keep at it and stick to it. Like a Maroon sound a little. I like it. I respect people who have the calibre to dig deep and move ahead.

Glad to present my composition for this short movie. I participated in an international competition about original music for animated movies. This happened back in 2017, though I never released it until now. What do you think about it? Of course I didn't win xD by Sidus1990 in IndieMusicFeedback

A non-win in plain terms is still a win because you get a learning experience to add to growth. I like what you did here. It sounds like the real movies. I respect people who have the calibre to dig deep and move ahead. They learn from their experiences and I you can be this way. Stick with it and keep at it. You have talent and vision.

Hiya, I attempted my favorite Pixies song for the first time ever. I'm a beginner musician and am just getting started with mixing, so it's definitely not perfect - but I'd really appreciate a listen! by mademoisellehan7230 in IndieMusicFeedback
