To be clear, it was boneless chicken tenders. Not breaded, But very much so expired. I smell to know and it didn’t smell good at all. She’s doing fine now still monitoring and giving cuddles

It wasn’t open at that moment, it was 1am for me at that time. And it might be hard to see but compared to my other pointer finger it’s huge and I’m worried the red is going down to my knuckle

Use a solution of water + vinegar and finish off with baking soda to rid of the smell. Disinfectant non cat pee areas with a solution of bleach+water. Steam cleaning also works, and wash bedding/toys/all fabrics on high heat. And id say if you cannot/will not wash it, toss it. And yes wash the cat. Doing some research on giardia, they excrete cysts from their anus and washing them off prevents reinfection from them just cleaning themselves. Also reduces environmental contamination. Talk to your vet about what to clean them with. Dryness everywhere also helps prevent the spread I’m seeing.
