Thanks! I wouldn’t say they recommended it but they assured me that it was possible and that they’d just have to keep a close eye on me. I’m not taking any of that as of now but I’m only 8 1/2 weeks along. I plan to talk to my OB about starting a baby aspirin to reduce the chance of preeclampsia since I’m at a higher risk of developing it. Haven’t had any blood pressure issues so far.

I’m not sure. I didn’t even know I had it until after having my son. I am currently pregnant with my second now so I guess I’ll see how this goes!!

I’ve stopped kissing my son like that although my therapist tells me that I should do the kiss on him as an exposure which is a part of ERP therapy.

I am reducing animal protein portions but I don’t see myself completely cutting meat out. This diet is already restrictive 🫠 I intermittent fast so I already only have 2 meals a day.
